What's up everybody!? I'm Carl. My journey with whiskey really got started in October of 2021, so I'm the new guy of the group. But, I'm stoked to be here! Jason

I started my journey to whiskey years ago veering sharply from a primarily vodka experience. As I shifted to a more complex arena, my palate changed considerably. Gone were the days of overtly sweet mixtures, to the far more complex profiles within whiskey. I’m not an expert by any stretch, but I do enjoy the wide range of flavors and aromas. Along my journey, I have attempted to refine my palate hopefully in conjunction with my analytical brain and even a little humor.
